Impromptu pizza roll | October 7, 2008

So I was testing the yeast, trying to figure out what I wanted to make, adding whole wheat pastry and spelt flours, trying to decide between a loaf or biscuits. I let the mixture rise and punched it down, rise and fall. Added shallots, garlic, tomato paste and rolled it out on the cutting board. Added more tomato paste and soyrizo and black olive pieces and fake parmesan. Rolled it into a tube-like shape with olive oil on top and baked it. (Will add pictures in the morning when I cut it up.)
